Master of Arts in Ministry (MAM) – School of Theology and Ministry, GBUC

The Master of Arts in Ministry (MAM) programme at the School of Theology and Ministry (STM), Ghana Baptist University College (GBUC), is designed to equip pastors, church leaders, and Christian professionals with advanced theological knowledge and practical ministry skills for impactful service.

This dynamic programme integrates biblical scholarship, leadership development, and hands-on ministry training, preparing students to respond effectively to the spiritual and social needs of today’s world. With a strong emphasis on contextual theology, pastoral care, missions, and ethical leadership, the MAM programme forms graduates who are both spiritually mature and academically grounded.

At STM, learning goes beyond theory. Students engage in practical ministry experiences, critical reflection, and mentorship, enabling them to translate theological insights into real-life ministry impact. Whether serving in churches, para-church organizations, or community-based initiatives, graduates are equipped to lead with integrity, compassion, and vision.

Rooted in the Christ-centered mission of GBUC, the MAM programme is committed to developing servant-leaders who will faithfully advance the gospel and contribute to the transformation of society.
